Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted for used, opened, or perishable items due to health and safety regulations.

  • Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a refund or replacement.


How to Request a Refund or Return

  2. If approved, we’ll send return instructions.

  3. Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive the returned item.

  • If not received after 10 business days, contact your bank or card issuer.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless due to damage or order error.

Exchanges & Replacements

If your order is incorrect or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos may be requested to verify the issue.

  • Once confirmed, we will issue a replacement or refund.
